Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to take part in paid mystery-box openings where you live. Registration asks you to confirm your age and accept these terms; we record that confirmation, its version and the date, together with a one-way hash of your network address. We do not keep the address itself.

Accounts are personal. One person may hold one account, and you may not share, sell or transfer it. Registering from [[LIST OF RESTRICTED TERRITORIES]] is not permitted, and we may close an account opened from a territory we cannot serve and return any deposited balance to its source.

We do not currently send a verification email, so the address you register with is not confirmed by us. Keep it accurate: it is how we reach you about your account, and password resets are sent to it. Choose a password of at least 12 characters that you use nowhere else, and enable two-factor authentication in your profile if you want the extra protection. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or on someone else's behalf, or where we are required to by law. Where an account is closed for a reason other than fraud or abuse, the withdrawable balance is paid out subject to the usual approval and any unmet wagering obligation.

2. How outcomes are decided

Every outcome is decided by our server, never by your browser. The animation you watch replays a result that already exists on the server; closing the page, refreshing or losing your connection cannot change it, and no client-side action can influence it.

Box openings and Deals use a committed rotating server seed. Before you play, the site publishes the hash of the current server seed together with your client seed and a per-account counter. Your result is derived from those three values only. When a seed pair is retired the server seed itself is published, so every past result made with it can be recomputed independently. You can change your client seed and rotate the seed pair at any time from your profile.

Battles use a future EOS block. The battle commits to a block that has not been produced when the battle is created, and the winning outcome is derived from that block's identifier once it is irreversible. Neither we nor any participant can know or influence it in advance.

The Provably Fair pages explain the calculation and let you verify any past game yourself, including with tools that are not ours. Where a battle seat is filled by a bot, the seat is labelled as a bot; bot stakes are not real money and never count towards rewards, races, rakeback or affiliate commission.

A signed-out demo spin and the Deals demo wheel are clearly labelled demonstrations. They never touch a balance, never award an item and are not a prediction of a real result.

3. Balances, boxes and items

Your balance is held in whole cents in a double-entry ledger. Every stake, win, sale, bonus and adjustment is a balanced ledger entry, so your balance is always the sum of your history rather than a number we edit.

A box shows its price and its full contents, including the exact chance of every item, before you open it. Those odds and prices are frozen for the version of the box you open: if we publish a new version, an opening already in flight is unaffected, and you are asked to review the change before the next one.

An item you win is credited to your inventory. You may keep it, sell it back to us at the value shown at the moment of sale, or request physical delivery where delivery is offered for that item. Delivery requires a complete shipping address, is subject to any unmet wagering obligation, and can be refused where we cannot lawfully ship.

Borrowing, where a box offers it, reduces the amount you stake up front against a share of the outcome. The borrowed share is stated before you confirm and is settled from the same opening.

4. Deposits, withdrawals and wagering

Deposits and withdrawals are handled by our payment provider. When a provider is not connected, or the operator has paused the rail, the cashier says so plainly rather than accepting money it cannot process.

Deposit bonuses and every other free credit carry a 1× wagering requirement, described in full in the Play-through Policy. A deposit made with an active deposit or referral code carries a 5% bonus and requires 1× the deposit plus bonus to be wagered.

Every withdrawal is reviewed and approved by a member of our team before it is paid. We do this to check the balance is backed, the account is the one that earned it and any wagering obligation is met. We do not ask you to re-enter your password or impose artificial cooldowns; if you enabled two-factor authentication, we ask for that code.

We may reverse a credit that a payment provider later charges back or reports as fraudulent, and we may recover the corresponding amount from your balance.

5. Fair use

You may not use automated tools, exploit a defect, open multiple accounts, collude in a battle or use another person's payment method. Where we find any of these, we may void the affected games, reverse the associated credits and close the account. Voided stakes do not count towards races, rakeback, level progress or affiliate commission.

We may correct an error. Where a display, a price, a bonus or a payout was wrong because of a fault on our side, we will put the affected accounts back into the position they should have been in and tell the players involved what happened.

6. Complaints, changes and governing law

Tell us first: open a support ticket from the site or write to [[SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS]], and we will respond with our position. If you remain unsatisfied you may refer the dispute to [[INDEPENDENT COMPLAINTS / ADR BODY]].

We may change these terms. The current version is 2026-09-09, effective 9 September 2026. When we publish a new version your profile shows that it changed and offers to record your acceptance; continuing to play is itself acceptance of the version in force, and every acceptance we record keeps its version and date.
