1. The tools we give you

Deposit limits: a rolling 24-hour, 7-day and 30-day cap on how much you can deposit. A lower limit takes effect immediately. A higher limit only takes effect 24 hours after you ask for it, and the old limit stays in force until then, so a limit can never be raised in the heat of a session.

Cool-off: a break of between one hour and six weeks. While it runs, you cannot open a box, enter a deal, create or join a battle, or deposit. You can still sign in, see your history and withdraw a withdrawable balance. A cool-off can always be extended; only our team can end one early, and we record who did it and why.

Self-exclusion: a break of between one day and ten years. It ends your active sessions immediately, blocks play and deposits for the whole period, and cannot be shortened or lifted — not by you, not by our support team, and not by an administrator. Confirming it requires typing the confirmation phrase exactly. You may extend it at any time.

Every one of these is enforced on the server before a stake or a deposit is accepted, not in the page you are looking at.

One exception is worth stating plainly, because it is about money that has already left your hands: where a payment provider confirms a deposit we could not refuse in advance — a crypto transfer sent for more than you asked for, or one that settles after a restriction starts — the funds are credited to your account rather than stranded outside it, and the breach is raised for review the moment it happens. Contact support and we will return it.

2. How to use them

Ask our team at [[SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS]] to set a deposit limit, start a cool-off or apply a self-exclusion. Say which one you want and for how long; we apply it and record it against your account.

The Verification section of your profile always shows what is in force right now: your deposit limits and how much of each window you have used, any cool-off or self-exclusion and when it ends, and the terms version your account has accepted.

We will apply or extend a restriction you ask for. We will not shorten a self-exclusion, and asking us to will not make it happen; the server refuses the change even when an administrator attempts it.

Requesting a restriction never affects a withdrawable balance you have already earned. Where a self-exclusion leaves a balance behind, contact support and we will arrange its withdrawal.

3. Recognising a problem

Warning signs include spending more than you planned, playing to win back losses, borrowing money to play, hiding how much you play, and playing instead of doing things you used to enjoy.

Set a deposit limit before you need one. Decide what an evening costs before you start, and treat it as spent. Never deposit money you need for something else.

4. Under-18s

This service is for adults. You confirm you are at least 18 when you register, and we record that confirmation. An account we find to belong to a minor is closed, its play is voided and any deposited money is returned to its source.

If a young person has access to your device, use parental control software and do not save your sign-in details.
